TICKETING & ENTRY:

All attendees must possess a valid ticket for the event. Note: Children 5 and under are admitted for free when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Please have your ticket and identification ready for staff upon entry so as not to slow down the entry process for others.

REFUND POLICY:

NO REFUNDS. Refunds will be given only if the show is cancelled. Refunds will automatically be applied to the original payment method if event/show is cancelled. If the show is postponed to a later date your original tickets will be honored at the gate.

NO RE-ENTRY:

Re-entry is not permitted. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening; you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

SAFETY & SECURITY:

Although you are allowed to bring you own chair in the venue. No chair sleeves or carriers will be permitted into the venue. If asked to remove it you may leave it at the front gate or bring it back to your car.

• No coolers are permitted inside the venue
• No pop up tents are permitted
• No Umbrellas (as they obstruct the view of other guests)
• No Shade Chairs or anything that can obstruct the view of others

BAG POLICY:

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: We will allow CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags and/or CLEAR small clutch bags.

• All bags are subject to inspection by security personnel.
• Please cooperate with security personnel at all times.
• Any suspicious behavior or items should be reported immediately to security staff.

ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCE ABUSE:

• No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
• NO Coolers of any kind
• NO Thermal Cups (Yeti/Stanley style) of any kind
• Alcoholic beverages will only be served to individuals of legal drinking age; valid ID is required.
• The use and possession of illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in eviction and possible legal action.

PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING:

Personal, non-professional photos for personal use are allowed, but flash photography and professional equipment are strictly prohibited. Unless authorized by Venue or Tour personnel (Credentials Required).

SMILE:

By entering our venue you consent that any professional photo/video that may contain your image can be used on all media platforms and marketing materials.

TRASH & CLEANUP:

Dispose of trash in designated receptacles. Help keep the venue clean by cleaning up after yourself.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE:

If you require medical attention, please notify event staff or security immediately.

• Laser pointers
• Animals (except service animals)
• Fireworks
• Professional Cameras of any kind (credentials required)
• UAV (Drone)
